Our Services
Pelican Parcels provides practical support to families across Brighton & Hove by supplying essential items for babies and children aged 0 to 16.
Working with trusted referral partners such as schools, health professionals, council workers, charities and other community organisations, we prepare and deliver parcels of clothing, equipment and everyday essentials for families who need them most.
Our services are delivered through six focused projects, each designed to ensure children have the basics they need to feel comfortable, safe and ready to thrive:
Parcels of Essential Items
Providing clothing, toiletries and everyday essentials for children who need them most.
A Good Night’s Sleep Project
Helping children sleep safely and comfortably by providing beds, cots and bedding.
School Uniform Project
Ensuring children have the clothing and footwear they need to attend school with confidence.
Foodbank Partnerships
Working with local food banks to supply essential baby items: nappies, wipes and formula.
Play and Learn Project
Supporting children’s development by providing age or stage appropriate toys and books for families.
Celebrations Project
Making birthdays and special festive occasions feel joyful for children and their families, who might otherwise miss out.
